I have successfully completed Professional Cook Training, where I learned core culinary techniques, kitchen safety, ingredient handling, plating, and the art of creating balanced, flavorful dishes—from Indian regional cuisines to continental basics.
This formal training, combined with years of hands-on experimenting in my home kitchen, helps me bring you reliable, tested recipes that actually work for everyday Indian families. I focus on simple ingredients, clear steps, and real results—no fancy equipment needed!
